Due to Janet's ill health and ongoing treatment she is unable to bring family and friends together to celebrate Jeff's life. Everyone who knew Jeff will agree he was one of a kind a true character who will be remembered by all who know him, he will never be forgotten. There will only ever be one Jeff Taylor.
